Johnsons Beach (LH 7) lies immediately to the north and is 200 m long and is bracketed at either end by low calcarenite rocks and bluffs, which also form a low platform at the base of the 20 m wide sand beach. The beach is backed by a foredune that grows to 20 m in height to the north behind which a car park and lookout overlooks the three beaches, then an open valley. A reef located 700 m offshore has a left and right break with deep channels to either side.
