Beach NSW 667 is located at the southern base of the head and backed by 20 m high partly vegetated cliffs. It is 160 m long, and faces south, curving between the head and a low 80 m long rocky point that separates it from Tura Beach. It is exposed to south waves, but protected from northeast and east waves and winds, with waves averaging between 1-1.5 m and maintaining an attached bar, with rips tending to form against the western rocks (Fig. 4.423).
