Pebbly Beach (NSW 197) is a 250 m long northeast-facing beach that begins immediately east of Second Head as a sandy beach and grades into a cobble-boulder beach towards the east. Because of the coarser beach material and its sheltered location the beach is steep and reflective. It is backed by vegetated slopes rising to a 10 m high western car park, then the grassy Second Head Reserve, which includes the Bicentennial walking track, then Bennetts Road, which parallels the rocky shore 2 km east to 30 m high Bennetts Head.
Beach Length: 0.25km
