San Remo is the gateway to Phillip Island, and below the bridge that links it with the island is a small, 200 m long, north facing beach. The beach is backed by a grassy foreshore reserve and good picnic facilities and is fronted by the bridge and The Narrows. Ocean swell does not usually reach the beach, with only small wind waves lapping at the narrow, steep beach face.
Beach Length: 0.2km
General Hazard Rating: 4/10
