The southern Beaumaris Beach (WA 874) is a straight, west-facing 500 m long beach backed by vegetated slopes rising to 15 m and fronted by a fringe of calcarenite reef that widens to about 50 m in the north. A protruding section of bluff separates it from the main beach.
