Beach WA 806 commences immediately to the east and extends for 1 km to the Garden Island causeway, as a double crenulate, low energy, north-facing beach. Extensive shallow reefs and sand flats lie off the western half of the beach, with seagrass extending to the shore along the eastern half. It terminates at a groyne located 200 m west of the causeway. Sand has moved east along the beach accumulating against the groyne causing up to 100 m of shoreline progradation. A central car park and vegetated low dune ridge backs the beach.
Beach Length: 1km
