Beach NT 140 extends along the south side of Dudley Point for about 400 m. The crenulate low energy, low gradient beach is backed by scarped to vegetated 10 m high bluffs, partly covered in rocks and rock outcrops and fronted by 1 km wide tidal flats of Fannie Bay. On the north side of Dudley Point is a 400 m long series of low crenulate bluffs that extend to East Point. At the base of the bluffs are several small, difficult to access pockets of high tide sand, fronted by continuous intertidal rock flats.
