Triangle Cliff beach (FR15) is a 24.5 km long, north-west facing, slightly curving beach that runs from the northernmost mouth of Coongul Creek to the larger Wathumba Creek. In addition, Woralie, Bowarrady, Awinga, Bowal and Towoi Creeks cross the beach. This beach is backed by a mixture of coloured, cliffed dunes up to 90 m high and some low swamps. The beach is often narrow and awash at high tide. Waves average up to 0.5 m and maintain a continuous, 50 m wide low tide bar.
