Beach WA 1592 commences at the tip of Jurabi Point and curves to the northeast for 4.2 km to False Island Point. The fringing reefs that contributed to the formation of the foreland lie 2 km off the point. They extend half way along the beach, beyond which the reef system narrows to a 500 m wide fringing reef system. The transgressive dunes from the southern side of the foreland continue right across the foreland and to the north gradually narrowing and finally terminating at False Island Point. Some of the dunes are actively supplying sand to the beach. Because of the dunes the only access is via a 4 WD track that reaches the tip of the foreland
Beach Length: 4.2km
